Brandable domain name sales week 4:,,

Temperatures have dropped to 4ºC (that’s 40 ºF) in Hong Kong which is the coldest it has ever been since I moved here 10 years ago. It wouldn’t be such a big deal if only Hong Kong homes had central heating! I’m glad we at least have a electric blanket which means my wife and our dog are currently hiding out in the bedroom watching Netflix while I’m freezing away in our little home office to get you guys updated on brandable domain name sales 🙂

It was a solid week for brandable sales and with two weeks of reported sales data it is which is dominating the list with a large number of sales in the $5,000 range. It seems a lot of companies are pulling the trigger on purchasing their matching .com during this time of the year.

Domains I like on this weeks list are,, and

Here’s this weeks list:

Please do keep in mind that these are the highest sales that have been reported at NameBio et al. This list is meant to help give you insights and is nowhere near complete as many sales are kept private and the major market places specializing in brandable domains do not report their sales. Some domain name sales might not have been paid for yet.

If you know of any recent, verifiable brandable domain name sales please do let me know so I can include it in next week’s report.

  1. People sell pronounceable hundreds of 5-letter names at $50-100 on forums almost every week. I don’t know how they feel when they see these prices. Patience seems to win the race in domaining.

  2. Some of my favorite brandables that sold this week as reported by Namebio. NOTE — All domains are dot coms, no 4Ls and just because I like a name doesn’t mean I think the price it sold for was a good wholesale price, Just sayin……….. $1429 $1110 $321 $145 $101 $220 $1276 $100 $670 $2400 $793 $820 $107 $507 $155 $1097 $1420 $2900 $106 $181 $475 $168 $122 $498 $455 $565 $3315 $757 177 $338 $2425 $640 $1215 $612
