Brandable domain name sales week 16:,,

I spend a short week with my family in Taiwan for a vacation hence this report of last weeks sales is a bit later than usual. Taiwan has quickly become one of our favorite nearby getaways destinations since we’ve had our daughter. Most hotels and resorts are very kid-friendly, the people are laid-back and friendly and the country offers incredible nature and is home to one of Asia’s most exciting street food scenes.

But let’s get back to domains. There were quite a few notable sales last week. claimed the top spot again with the $65,000 sales of, a domain name first registered in 1995 went to expired auction at GoDaddy and bidding ended at a whopping $21,250 which seems very high for a reseller. The auction was discussed on NamePros as well.  Another name I like is which sold for $14,197 on Sedo.

Here’s this weeks list:

Please do keep in mind that these are the highest sales that have been reported at NameBio et al. This list is meant to help give you insights and is nowhere near complete as many sales are kept private and the major marketplaces specializing in brandable domains do not report their sales. Some domain name sales might not have been paid for yet.

Meanwhile, here are some solid brandable domains coming up for auction shortly:
