Brandable domain name sales week 14 & 15:,,

The top-grossing brandable sale was an expired domain that closed at GoDaddy Auctions for a cool $64,500. The acronym doesn’t have any significant meaning as far as I know and there are only a few obvious end-users out there, including a German toy manufacturer and a health-tech startup based out of Costa Rica. Another noticeable sale of a CVCV domain was that of which went for $16,050 at DropCatch. Now Zuji is a company I know well because it used to be one of the larger online travel agencies in the Asia Pacific region and I remember booking a few holidays through their website in the past. According to this article in the SCMP, the company got into trouble in 2019 and lost its license.

Here’s this week’s list:

This list is meant to help give you insights and is nowhere near complete as many sales are kept private and many major marketplaces do not report their sales. Some domain name sales might not have been paid for yet.

Meanwhile, here are some domains at auction that we like:

    1. I explain it in the post. Zuji was a popular travel site in Asia, mainly Hong Kong and Singapore. As a result, the domain name has just under 10k backlinks from 600+ different sites. It should generate decent parking revenue (considering people will start booking holidays and flights again in the future!).

      1. That’s insane 10k backlinks..

You’re right Doron, i wouldnt have asked if i read it. Sorry! it’s 5am, and zuji’s been bothering me for a while : ))

  1. Couldnt wait to ask the second this posted
