Brandable domains continue to do very well . We have four of them in the five figure range this week with eStocks.com taking the top spot with a $13,100 sales price on NameJet. I am not a huge fan of iName and eName type of domains as they remind me a bit of the early days of the web when people were still revering to the internet as cyberspace. Nonetheless, they continue to sell for pretty decent prices in the reseller market as you can see from another sale on this list, eComics.com which went for $5,050 on GoDaddy auctions.
Some names I like on this week’s list include RealHosting.com, Zoba.com, and Productly.com which is a name I sold for $5,000 in a private transaction. I will share a bit more about that sale in my monthly sales and acquisition recap.
Here’s this weeks list:
|Domain Name||Sales Price||Where|
Please do keep in mind that these are the highest sales that have been reported at NameBio et al. This list is meant to help give you insights and is nowhere near complete as many sales are kept private and the major market places specializing in brandable domains do not report their sales. Some domain name sales might not have been paid for yet.
If you know of any recent, verifiable brandable domain name sales please do let me know so I can include them in next week’s report.
